CSA Shares May 6 - 8
/This week brings the last of the ramps! Make great use of the whole plant by pickling the bulbs and making pesto with the greens to savor this flavor for weeks to come.
Our radishes are packing a punch this week from the higher temperatures we've had early this year. We always recommend: if you haven't tried roasting your radishes in just a bit of butter and olive oil, you are really missing out! Roasting will sweeten up the radishes if you find them too spicy for your taste.
