CSA Shares May 6 - 8

This week brings the last of the ramps! Make great use of the whole plant by pickling the bulbs and making pesto with the greens to savor this flavor for weeks to come.

Our radishes are packing a punch this week from the higher temperatures we've had early this year. We always recommend: if you haven't tried roasting your radishes in just a bit of butter and olive oil, you are really missing out! Roasting will sweeten up the radishes if you find them too spicy for your taste.

  • Pollinator Flower Seed Paper - Plantable paper is a biodegradable eco-paper that is made with post-consumer materials (no trees harmed for this paper!) and embedded with seeds. When the paper is planted in a pot of soil, the seeds grow, and the paper composts away. All that is left behind are flowers.
