Kale, Collard Greens, Hyde Lettuce, Smoked Salt+Pepper Hempeh Steaks, Broccoli & Crunchy Sprouts, Cremini Mushrooms, Giant Sweet Potatoes, Garlic Leeks, a variety of herbs including; Tarragon, Chives, Thyme, and Lemon Balm, Tumeric, Rhubarb, and Stinging Nettles! *we will be providing gloves for everyone getting the Nettles, please be careful!

This weeks bakery shares have honey wheat loaves, mini hoagies, sweet potato bread pudding, and penne pasta.
This week we have.. Three types of Sprouts! Alfalfa, Clover, and Crunchy Mix! We have Apple Butter on our shelves! Blue Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Butternut Squash, Turnips, and Carrots are here for savory dishes. Spring Mix lettuce for a beautiful salad! Three types of mushrooms are available...Cremini, Shiitake, and Portobello!! Last but not least we have Storage Onions and Garlic to add some kick!
This week we have some beautiful shiitake mushrooms as well as more of these hearty storage veggies. We have garlic, onions, butternut squash, apples, sweet potatoes, purple top turnips, and carrots.
It looks like snow is on the way. This months shares have all the fixin's for a beautiful stew or roast. You can pair that with a fresh salad of hydroponic Bibb lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, apples, carrots, and watermelon radishes.
